Here is some info from Thomas:
Hey everyone. My name is Thomas and I have been lifting weights on and off for about 7 years. I recently become serious in the last year or two. I have always been skinny, since my days back in high school. I graduated High School at about 140 pounds at 5′ 10″ (1999). Since then I have put on about 40lbs of muscle and have become fairly strong in most of my lifts.
I have created the BuiltFit website for other people looking build muscle, stay fit, and increase strength as well as provide motivation for myself to continue on building more muscle. I want people to avoid many mistakes I have made along the way and also present clear information on different health and fitness topics.
