Busy Gym Days – When do you Workout
Man, I really get frustrated when I go to the gym and all the flat bench presses are taken. I hate waiting on an machine or bench and I do not like switching my routine to use an open machine/bench.
For some reason Mondays just seem like the bench pressing day. I need to change my bench press day to Tuesday or Friday. For some people it seems like the only free weight exercises they do is bench press and curls! I mean seriously, do some rows, deadlift, and squats already.
My normal time to go the gym is 5pm. It is a big 24 hour fitness facility near me, with a basketball court. I get there when most of the crowd from after work comes. Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays are the busiest at my gym.
I am curious when most people workout?
