First Day of New Workout
I am pumped today to start my bulking/muscle building program.
I went to the grocery store Sunday to stock up on some quality food for the next week. My biggest challenge is what to eat at work. Sometimes I go out to lunch which makes it difficult to stay with my required macro ratio. Normally I just eat something like a chicken sandwich or similar. I packed some chicken and rice today,so that is a good start. Other snacks at work include, almonds, bananas, protein bars, bagels, peanut butter, and sometimes cottage cheese.
I will post some of the foods I plan on eating this week as well as my results at the gym. I also need to get a couple of before pictures to use for a comparison.
