Happy New Year

Happy New Year to Everyone.  Builtfit.com has been around for a year now and doing great.

I plan on releasing a new design soon, and adding free workouts to the workout routine page.  If you have a workout you want posted there, let me know.

I plan on starting a new 5×5 routine today, which I am looking forward to.  I am shooting for about 4250+ calories per day now.

I slacked a little during the Holidays and my weight is probably around 174.  My goal is to get above 180 in the next 9 weeks.

I am not looking forward to all those people starting their new years goals today in the gym.  It will be crowded for sure.
