Progress So Far

Well It has been about 6 weeks.  Here are some of my gain so far.

My weight is up about 2lbs.

Bench Press: +10 lbs
Squats: +20 lbs
Deadlift: +20lbs
SLDL: +20lbs
Overhead Press: +15lbs

I started eating aroun 3400 calories a day.  I am around 3750 now.

I plan on eating 4000+ each day now.

The last3-4 days my diets has slacked due to Thanksgiving Holidays.   I plan on getting back on track today.
