Wow, I played some flag Football for about 2 hours Saturday and I am more sore than anytime lifting weights. I do not run or do cardio regularly so this might be the main reason why.
Do any of you get sore from running one day ro doing some type of activity you never do? My quads, hamstrings, and calves are all sore. I got some good sprinting in and probably burned a bunch of calories (Although I need to be increasing my calorie intake).
It is amazing the how some of my muscles are not worked in the gym like when I do some type of sprinting.
So how is everyone’s workout routines coming along? Getting ready for the new Year? I have some good things planned for this set.
