This Weeks Food – Grocery List
Well I got back from the store this weekend and got a few things to last me the week. Here is a breakdown on some of the foods:
Proteins

Whey Protein

I grilled some chicken this weekend

Cottage Cheese - good pre bedtime meal

Sirloin

Cheap easy protein
Carbs

Brown Rice

Wheat Bread - use for P&J sandwiches

Potatoes - Good Carb Source

Love this cereal

I mix this in my protein shake.
Fats

Peanut Butter - Yummy

I guess this is a fat/protein 1% milk
Some other items include almonds, beef jerky, protein bars, cashews, olive oil.
I think is a good staple for a bulking diet. Let me know what you think.
