Workout and Diet Status

Hey Everyone.

My workout has been going well although I think I need to start eating more calories.  I really have only gained about 1/2 lb in 3 weeks.  My strength has defintely increase though.

I feel bigger, even though not much weight gain, so I might have also lost a little fat.

I have been eating about 3400-3500 calories daily and I plan on increasing it to 3800+, to gain more weight.  I weigh myself in 10 days to see where I am at from that point.

I couple highlights from the last couple of workouts:
Squats

275×8
275×7
275×7
275×7

I felt pretty good on these and seem to be progressing.

Bench Presses

205×6
205×6
205×6
205×5

Still pretty good, hopefully as I increase my calories this will increase. I have been meaning to get some pics up, hopefully in the next day or so.
