Build Muscle Fast

When writing articles recently I noticed how popular this search term really is, so I thought I would write an article about the topic. Let’s take a look at it closely – build muscle fast.

The first thing that comes to mind is that building muscle and fast do not really go together unless you start talking about anabolic steroids. Let’s face it; we are all trying to find the most efficient and fastest way to build muscle. Who wants to wait around to see results right?

The problem is building muscle does take time and there is not magical pill to turn you into a beast in a matter of weeks. It takes hard work, even using illegal drugs like steroids. So what is a realistic amount of muscle that can be gained in a week? If your diet and training are completely in check then 1-2 pounds of muscle a week can be achieved naturally.

So if we are looking to build muscle fast, let’s look at ways we can make sure we are able to gain as much muscle as possible. One to two pounds a week might be slow to some people, but just think in a matter of 6 months, you could put on 30 pounds of muscle. I would consider that fast!

I recommend you read my article on how to build muscle first, to learn what it takes to build muscle in the first place. I will not repeat what I said there but point out keys to make sure you “build muscle fast” or faster than you normally would.
