Starting Position: Get a barbell and rest behind your neck on your shoulders. Make sure you have enough room to step forward.

Performing the Exercise: Slowly step forward as with you leading leg while your knee on your other leg touches the ground. Slowly step backward to the starting position. Continue with the other leg and then repeat.
