Starting Position:
Start with legs shoulder width apart and hold the bar right by your colar bone. You hands can face either way. The bar essential rests on the front of your shoulder as your elbows are pointed forward.

Performing The Exercise:
Perform this like a normal squat keeping your head straight and go to parallel to the ground. Slowly return to the starting position.
