Starting Position: Grab a barbell or preferably an EZ curl bar. Sit on a flat bench resting the bar on your thighs. Hold the bar about 8 with an overhand grip. Roll to you back in the lying position as you move the bar above your chest. Extend your arms straight up so the bar is above your head.
Performing the Exercise: Angle the bar behind your head and move the bar up and down by bending at your elbow. Keep your upper arm in the same position as you move the bar up and down. You can drop the weight behind your head or sit back up with it when you are done.
