Starting Position: Site on a seated cable machine. Firmly plant your feet on the foot rest. You knees will be slightly bent. There are various attachments you can use for this. Pick one so your hands are close together an facing each other.
Performing the Exercise: Lean forward only moving your waist and grab the bar. Slowly pull back the bar towards your chest as you lean back at the waist. When you are in the straight upright possible, the bar should be at your chest.
