Starting Position: Find a cable machine and place it at the highest position. Use either a flat or angled bar. Stand straight up with back towards the machine. Grip the bar in the high position with an overhand grip. Pull the bar down to where your elbows are against your side and arms are pointed up.
Performing the Exercise: Slowly move the bar down by keeping your elbows locked to your side as you arms extend straight down. Return the bar to the starting position.
Tips
- Make sure your upper arms do no move and elbows remain in
- Stand straight up and try not to force the weight down with the rest of your body
