I am pleased to announced that BuiltFit has added a new workout section to its site. Builtfit will be launching several workout routines in the next few months that will also link to individual exercises. Each workout will provide enough information for you to try it out yourself. There will videos of exercises for each workout as well as number of reps and sets for each exercise.
